Intensive Services Right in Your Home

Child therapy - fast tracked. You are ready for change, and I would love to help.

You’re busy, and your little one is struggling. Weekly sessions can be hard to fit in—and waiting weeks or months to see progress can feel discouraging. My in-home intensives bring therapy right to you, helping your family create connection and change, faster. I offer intensive, relationship-focused support—right in your home—for families coping with meltdowns, defiance, and power struggles.

This model helps parents build confidence and practical skills while giving children the safety and connection they need to thrive. I combine a problem solving approach with a big dose of playfulness to help your child feel comfortable and willing to engage.

I will come to you for two in-home full-day intensive appointments (one week apart) involving a combination of parent-only and parent-child interventions. Yes! Services are offered by a Registered Social Worker (RSW).

For intensive therapy, sessions can generally be submitted under the parent and/or child's mental health benefits since both are participating in the treatment. We can provide a pre-determination letter if you would like to explore advanced approval with your benefit company.

Unfortunately, no. But we will cover a lot of ground in this program. The goal of this program is to position you, the parent(s), to feel confident and equipped in how to support your challenging child responsively (when an explosion is happening) and pro-actively (to prevent explosions from happening in the first place). You will leave the program with experiential learning and a concrete plan of action to support your child. While many families find that their child does not require standard therapy after this program, this cannot be guaranteed as each child is unique.

Yes. This service is well-suited for children with a range of emotional and behavioral challenges, including ADHD, ODD, and autism. The approach blends insights from Collaborative Problem Solving (Dr. Ross Greene) with Filial Play Therapy, allowing our work to be highly individualized. Together, we focus on understanding what’s getting in your child’s way, building regulation and connection, and helping you respond in ways that reduce power struggles and strengthen the relationship.

No. As a Registered Social Worker, I am unable to provide diagnostic assessments. The report provided is not diagnostic in nature. It is designed to highlight areas where your child may experience challenges related to cognitive skills and emotional regulation. The aim is to provide meaningful insights and practical strategies to support your child's development and well-being.

That's great! We would love to connect to discuss how we can support you and your little one. Please schedule a free meet and greet to learn more. Or, if you are ready to jump in, feel free to skip ahead and schedule your Parent Intake appointment. We would love to get started.
