You care deeply about your child.
And something right now feels hard.
I’m really glad you’re here.

I’m Nadia—a Registered Social Worker and parent, and I’ve been working with children and families for over 15 years.
I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support, especially when it comes to your child. My goal is to make this process feel as comfortable, clear, and supportive as possible—for both of you.
My work is warm, grounded, and intentionally approachable. I connect with children through play, and I work closely with parents to make sense of what’s happening underneath their child’s behaviour.
Because while therapy can support your child, real change happens in the day-to-day moments you share together.
My work is grounded in relationship-based, developmentally-informed therapy.
I draw from:
While each approach is different, they share a common belief:
Children do well when they can—and when they’re struggling, it’s a signal that something is getting in the way.
From this lens, we move away from punishment and toward understanding, skill-building, and connection.
Over time, I noticed something important.
Parents want - and deserve - to feel confident in supporting their child. That’s why parent involvement is a core part of my work.
In our sessions, I help you:
You don’t have to figure it out alone—I guide you through it.
Outside of my work, I’m a parent myself. I know firsthand how complex and humbling it can be to raise a child.
I’m also someone who appreciates quiet moments, rewatching The Office, and ordering in more often than I probably should.
I bring that same humanness into my work—I don’t believe in perfect parenting. I believe in supported, thoughtful, and growing parenting.

I hold a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University and have completed extensive post-graduate training in child and family therapy.
My training includes:
I continue to pursue ongoing training to deepen my work with children and families.
It’s a privilege to be invited into a family’s world during a vulnerable time.
If we work together, my commitment is to meet you with care, honesty, and deep respect for how hard you’re already trying to support your child.
You don’t have to do this alone.
