Intensive, relationship-focused support—right in your home—for families coping with meltdowns, defiance, power struggles, or anxiety.
This model helps parents build confidence and practical skills while giving children the safety and connection they need to thrive. It combines a condensed version of filial therapy—a play-based approach that strengthens the parent-child relationship—with insights from Ross Greene’s Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS)—a cooperative model that equips parents and children to navigate challenges together.
Delivered in an intensive format, this approach helps families strengthen connection, improve regulation, and address unsolved problems confidently and collaboratively. Intensives are offered in half-day or full-day formats, with a combination of parent-only and parent-child components. To put that in perspective, a single full-day intensive equals about 7 weeks of traditional 50-minute sessions—so that we can target faster progress in less time.
