For children with big emotions, power struggles, and intense reactions—and for parents who want support that actually works at home.
If your child struggles with defiance, meltdowns, aggression, or emotional explosions, you are likely exhausted from trying strategies that don’t stick.
Many families are told their child needs “better consequences” or “more structure,” yet what they are really missing is support with regulation and connection.
My immersive in-home model focuses on helping parents understand what is driving behaviour, respond with confidence, and support emotional regulation in real time.
Many behaviourally challenging children are also highly anxious underneath. This work addresses both—without separating behaviour and emotion into different treatment paths.
For some families, weekly in-clinic therapy might feel like the best fit. A small number of appointments are reserved for weekly in-clinic therapy.

You likely have many questions to help you decide if this is a good fit for your family. I offer a free no-pressure meet-and-greet to allow you to ask any questions you might have. Book here.

When you are ready to start the process, we will meet for a 55-minute (virtual or in-clinic) parent meeting. This meeting is a chance for you to ask questions, and for me to learn about your family to help plan the immersive intervention. Book here.

Full-day in-home sessions combining parent-only coaching and parent-child therapeutic work. Parents learn and practice empathic responses, co-regulation, and collaborative problem-solving during real interactions—not just discussion.

You can schedule virtual follow up meetings (45 minutes) or further home visits as needed. I am here to help.
All families begin with a full immersive day. From there, we decide together what additional support—if any—would be helpful.
55-minute parent intake session (scheduled prior)
Full in-home immersive day:
45-minute follow-up parent session (virtual) approximately two weeks later
During the follow-up session, we review progress and decide collaboratively whether additional in-home days or parent sessions would be helpful.
Ongoing in-home support is flexible and based on need, typically ranging from 2.5–5 additional clinical hours.
Virtual parent consultations and follow up home visits are available as often/long as needed.
It is normal to have questions and concerns. I am here to help.
Kids are deeply supported the entire time. We work at your child’s pace and use playful, connection-based methods.
That’s okay. I build safety gradually and have multiple strategies that help them feel comfortable.
We check in early. If the model isn’t right, we pause with no pressure.
