Areas I Help With

You don't need a diagnosis to know that something feels hard.

Sometimes parents reach out because their child has a diagnosis.

Sometimes they reach out because everyday life has simply become more difficult than they expected.

Either way, you don't have to know exactly what's going on before seeking support.

Big Emotions

Your child's feelings may seem intense, frequent, or difficult to recover from.

Therapy can help you better understand what is happening underneath those moments and support your child's developing emotional skills.

Anxiety & Worry

Worries, fears, avoidance, separation difficulties, reassurance-seeking, and anxiety can make everyday life harder for young children and their families.

We'll work toward understanding your child's experience while helping them build confidence and feel supported.

Behaviour & Power Struggles

When you're constantly saying no, repeating yourself, negotiating, or trying to prevent the next conflict, family life can become exhausting.

Rather than focusing only on stopping the behaviour, we'll work toward understanding what is driving the pattern and finding more effective ways forward.

Transitions & Everyday Challenges

Getting dressed.

Leaving the house.

Going to school.

Turning off the screen.

Getting into the car.

Going to bed.

Sometimes the seemingly smallest parts of the day can become the hardest.

Therapy can focus on making these moments more manageable for both you and your child.

ADHD & Neurodivergence

Children with ADHD, autism, sensory differences, and other developmental differences may experience the world in ways that require a different kind of support.

Therapy can focus on understanding your child's individual needs rather than trying to make them fit a particular mould.

Parent-Child Relationship

Sometimes the biggest concern isn't one specific behaviour.

You may simply feel disconnected.

You may find yourself caught in the same cycles of conflict.

You may miss enjoying your child.

Therapy can provide support for rebuilding connection, understanding each other, and creating new patterns together.

Parenting Support

You can love your child deeply and still feel completely overwhelmed.

Parenting support gives you space to talk honestly about what's happening, understand your child's needs, and develop approaches that feel aligned with the kind of parent you want to be.

You don't have to know exactly what the problem is.

You just have to know that you want things to feel different.

Ready to explore what support could look like?

I would love to connect.
