When your child’s behaviour feels intense, unpredictable, or exhausting, it can be hard to know what they need—or what to do next.
I support children ages 2–10 and their parents when big feelings, meltdowns, resistance, aggression, avoidance, or ongoing power struggles are making daily life harder.
My approach looks beyond the behaviour itself. Together, we work to understand what is underneath it, build your child’s skills, and help you feel more confident responding in the moments that matter most.
Rather than focusing only on stopping a behaviour, I help parents understand what their child may be communicating and what skills or support are missing.
For children: play-based, developmentally appropriate therapy to help them express feelings, build emotional awareness, develop regulation skills, and experience themselves as capable.
For parents: support understanding your child's behaviour, responding during difficult moments, setting limits, reducing power struggles, and bringing what we learn in therapy into everyday life.
Understanding what your child's behaviour might be communicating, and how to best support, is part of how I make sure you feel supported and confident in this process, too.

Services are available in-clinic or in your home. This allows you to choose in clinic services, or in home services where I can see what real life behaviour looks like in challenging moments.
