For young children, therapy doesn't have to happen in a clinic.

Meeting at home allows therapy to happen in the environment where your child's big feelings, behaviour, relationships, and daily challenges actually occur. It also gives parents the opportunity to be more directly involved in the process.

Depending on your family's needs, sessions may include play therapy with your child, parent coaching, parent-child work, or a combination of these approaches.

Inside Out Therapy works with young children experiencing concerns such as:

When appropriate, therapy may happen directly between parent and child, with coaching and support along the way.
